Sloping Roof Villa – A Statement of Timeless Elegance

This bespoke villa is a harmonious blend of bold architectural form and refined materiality. Anchored by a dramatic 27-foot double-height living room beneath a signature sloping roof, the space feels expansive, light-filled, and deeply connected to nature.

Handcrafted ferrocrete arches and arched windows bring a graceful rhythm to the façade, while a one-of-a-kind floating staircase, sculpted in mild steel and wrapped in bamboo veneer, acts as a sculptural centerpiece within the home.

A celebration of form, structure, and detailing, this villa reflects a commitment to innovation, climate-responsiveness, and luxury living—crafted with precision and imagination.

Residential Apartment at Patas

This 70,000 sq.ft apartment design by Studio Elementz brings together contemporary architecture, efficient planning, and comfortable urban living. Designed with ample natural light, smart circulation, and well-proportioned layouts, the project offers residents a functional and modern lifestyle.

Healing through Design- A Clinic Interiors

This 400 sq.ft. gynaecology and paediatric clinic in NIBM, Pune is designed by Studio Elementz to feel calm, warm, and child-friendly. A soothing reception, soft colours, fluted textures, and custom toddler-friendly furniture make the compact space feel open and comforting.

The paediatric room blends playfulness with functionality through softly lit shelves, fluted panels, and a light, efficient layout. The gynaecology room features a serene statement wall, warm lighting, and refined detailing that create a supportive environment for women.

With mindful planning, earthy tones, and healing-focused interiors, Studio Elementz transforms this clinic into a peaceful, emotionally reassuring healthcare space.

Hospital in Jejuri,Pune

Studio Elementz is proud to be associated with the design and development of a new 60-bed multispeciality hospital in Jejuri, envisioned for one of Pune’s most respected and trusted healthcare brands. This upcoming facility represents a significant step in extending high-quality, accessible, and patient-centric medical care to the growing Jejuri region.

Thoughtfully planned across efficient departmental zones, the hospital integrates advanced medical infrastructure with sensitive, human-centric design principles. The architecture focuses on natural light, intuitive circulation, clear zoning, and robust service planning—ensuring smooth operations for clinicians and a stress-free environment for patients and families.

Residential & Commercial Apartment

Studio Elementz has designed a 50,000 sq.ft mixed-use development featuring commercial units at the lower levels and modern residences above.

The project combines functionality, aesthetics, and long-term durability to create a meaningful presence along the urban frontage.

Strategic design interventions—such as optimised orientations, controlled glazing, shaded balconies, earthy materials, and simple geometric forms—ensure the project remains rooted to its surroundings while still offering a fresh, future-forward architectural identity.
